Where we ship from

Everything ships from Osaka. The product is made and quality-controlled in Japan.

Dispatch time

Within 【to be completed】 business days of your order (and payment) being confirmed. We do not dispatch on Japanese weekends or public holidays. You will get a tracking number by email once the parcel is on its way.

Within Japan

By Japan Post or Yamato Transport. Shipping is 【to be completed】. If you need a particular delivery date or time slot, tell us in the order notes.

International

We ship worldwide. Cost and transit time appear at checkout once you enter the destination.

Customs duty, import tax and clearance fees are set by the destination country and are payable by you. We cannot calculate them — please check with your own customs authority. If a parcel is returned to us because delivery was refused, we refund the order less the outbound and return shipping and any fees.

Some countries restrict the import of cosmetics. Please check your local rules before ordering.
