Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the online store at noriejapan.com, operated by NORIE LLC (合同会社NORIE). By using the site you accept them.

1. The product

What we sell is a cosmetic. It is not a medicine and is not intended to treat or prevent any condition. Colours and textures in photographs may differ from the item itself.

2. When a contract is formed

Your order becomes a contract when we send the dispatch notice. The order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order; it is not acceptance of it.

3. Orders we may decline

We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if a price was displayed in error, if we reasonably believe the order is for resale, or if the destination is outside the regions we ship to. Anything already paid is refunded in full.

4. Price and payment

Prices may change without notice. Orders already formed are honoured at the price that applied when they were placed.

5. Using the product

Read the full ingredient list before use. If your skin reacts, stop using it and consult a dermatologist. If you have allergies, patch test first.

6. Intellectual property

Text, images, logos and design on this site belong to NORIE or to their rightful owners. Do not copy, republish or use them commercially without permission.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price of the item concerned. Nothing here limits rights you have under Japan's Consumer Contract Act or other mandatory law.

8. Governing law

Japanese law applies. The Osaka District Court has exclusive jurisdiction at first instance over any dispute about this site.

9. Changes

We may revise these terms. A revision applies from the moment it is published on this page.
